getting somewhere.

finally.
i have finally lost some poundage. not in a "wow you look great" kinda way, but in a "the scale tells me so" kinda way. regardless i am really proud of myself. i have been working really, really hard and i know that i am the strongest i have ever been in my life. i am going to start posting my workouts and hopefully use the blogging world to find and provide encouragement for my struggle to look the way i really want to.

what do you guys do to make yourselves look the way you want?

Riding bikes! I'm getting a bike and Kev and I are starting Saturday bike rides! Also, eating at home. I feel so good just by not eating out more than once a week.

But, you look great so you don't need advice!

Cycling + skipping + avoid taking the lift, and climb the stairs instead + never eat anything sweet, etc..

I look foreward to seeing your future posts,
I myself find that exercise makes me feel good, and if you feel good then you will probably like the way you look more.

Good luck

Congratulations!!!

I find myself going through phases where I feel sorta kinda skinny, and then phases where I feel so gross and bloated. I swear it all depends on what I eat and what I do that day. So to get rid of that bloated feeling I just eat less! Drink more water. I haven't been to the gym in WEEKS and I am really ashamed of that.

Again congrats on your milestone and keep up the good work :)
